I doubt there could be a better place to be a RV owner than the state of Colorado.  When it comes time to buy a house or property, being an RV owner brings with it a unique set of challenges. Most of us would prefer to avoid having the additional expense and inconvenience of an RV storage facility solution. Properties which can accommodate keeping an RV on site are a big plus if not a must have.  When shopping for the perfect house, an RV garage or parking solution is often high on list of desired features. Fortunately, in and around Colorado Springs there are many like minded folks that see the need for RV parking and make allowances for recreational vehicles in their neighborhood HOAs (Home Owner Associations) rules. Finding a community with this provision or no HOA is simply a must have for some RV owners. Keep in mind however, even with no HOA community, most counties will also have rules governing recreational vehicles.
